  • Authorized User Data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and login credentials of agency staff.
  • Passenger Details: To fulfill bookings via GDS/NDC, we temporarily process Passenger Name Records (PNR) which may include names, passport details, dates of birth, and meal preferences.
  • Payment Information: B2B wallet balances, credit lines, and corporate card details (processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

  • To process and manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, transfers).
  • To perform KYC (Know Your Customer) and compliance checks for platform access.
  • To provide customer support and account management services.
  • To prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access.
